Our Story
Lillette Harris (The Founder)
Lillette’s Foundation for the Arts Inc. is a 501c3 organization founded in 2004 by renowned concert pianist and humanitarian Lillette Jenkins-Wisner and her immediate family. The original purpose was to assist funding students who were pursuing musical education and music career opportunities. Since Lillette’s passing in August 2020 from Vascular Dementia the family has focused on a new mission. Lillette’s Foundation for the Arts Inc. now focuses on producing stage musicals and special events. These shows/events support nonprofit humanitarian causes and Lillette’s two daughters Adrienne Lillette Harris and Michele Harris-Carter are spearheading the operation.
